Please note
The authorization requirement for dangerous dogs also applies without restriction to puppies and young dogs. Exception: Dangerous dogs, for which an exemption can be applied for, do not require a permit up to the age of 9 months - the keeping only has to be reported to the responsible consumer protection office and the dog has to be chipped and insured against liability. No muzzle obligation for dangerous dogs up to the age of 9 months. However, they must be kept on a leash.
