Detailed description
From 01/26/2006 the following applies: Outside of your own, fenced property, all dogs must be on a leash, except in the marked dog exercise zones. Application for exemption from the leash obligation possible (see link). The following also applies: Dogs must be kept on a leash, for example in green areas, in shopping centers and in pedestrian zones. Dogs may not be taken to certain places (e.g. playgrounds). Dangerous dogs must always be kept with a muzzle and a leash.
