If you wish to place particularly dangerous substances or mixtures on the market to private end users, you require a permit from the competent authority.

Detailed description

Section 11 of the Chemicals Prohibition Ordinance regulates the certificate of competence, which is necessary for people who bring certain dangerous substances into circulation. This is important for everyone who gives certain chemicals to buyers or recipients. Submission is understood to mean both direct handover and dispatch. In addition to classic companies from the chemical industry, this also includes hardware stores, drug stores and companies for painting supplies. Please note: The expertise according to § 11 ChemVerbotsV (poison trade permit) can only be acquired personally and not, as is often assumed, issued to a company.

Proof of passing the proficiency test.

Before a certificate of competence (gift trade permit) can be issued, a certificate of competence must be passed. You will receive the date for the next test on request.
