Copies, certified copies or originals of notarial documents held by the Hamburg-Mitte District Court pursuant to Section 51 BNotO (old version until December 31, 2021 - If the office of a notary has expired or his official residence is moved to another district court district, the notary's files and books as well as the documents officially handed over to him must be handed over to the district court for safekeeping.) will be issued upon written application with proof of legitimate interest and identity (e.g. submission of a copy of the identity card).
In the above-mentioned cases, the local court is also the contact point for applications for the issuance of further enforceable copies and legal succession clauses.
