Due to the applicable contact restrictions and distance rules, customer service is currently only possible under special conditions. There is therefore an obligation to make an appointment for the visit to the location for residents' affairs.

Mon-Tue 12-7pm, Wed-Thu 7am-12pm, Fri 8am-2pm, Visits are by appointment only. You can book an appointment online (https://www.¼«ËÙʱʱ²Ê/go/17584) or by phone at 040 115.

You can take the required photo for your identity card, passport or children's passport beforehand at a terminal (Speed Capture Terminal).
Cost: 6 euros.
Please speak to the clerk afterwards.
Please allow a few minutes more time before your appointment to collect your data.

The self-recording terminal for fishing licenses and driving license applications cannot be used.
Please bring a passport photo (biometric) with you for these services.
